Processing Times
We offer multiple processing options tailored to your urgency. Thanks to our streamlined processing system and flexible staffing, we’re able to handle orders efficiently—even during high-demand periods.
Standard Processing:
Applications are processed within 1 business day after receiving all required documentation.
Orders submitted after 6:00 p.m. will be processed the next day.
Rush Processing – 6 Hours (Digital Only):
Available Monday through Sunday, processed within 6 hours.
Orders placed after 10:00 p.m. are completed by 12:00 noon the next day.
Ultra Rush Processing – 3 Hours (Digital Only):
Need it faster? Our 3-hour priority service is also available 7 days a week.
Orders placed after 10:00 p.m. are finalized by 12:00 noon the following day.
These timeframes apply only to digital document delivery. Physical shipments begin after printing is complete.
Digital Delivery
Upon approval, your digital International Driving Permit is emailed to you.
Please note:

The digital version is not printable and is intended for display only on your phone, tablet, or laptop.

If your email address is entered incorrectly, delivery may be delayed or fail entirely.
Travel Docs Online is not responsible for undelivered files due to customer input errors.
Physical Documents – Global Shipping
Printed IDP booklets are shipped within 3–5 business days after processing.
By default, we use DHL Standard Global Shipping with tracking, however:

Depending on availability or destination, we may ship via standard international postal service instead.

Shipping Fees

Shipping rates are shown at checkout and depend on your location and selected delivery method.

Express shipping charges are strictly non-refundable — no exceptions.
These fees cover expedited production and third-party courier costs.
Cancellations and Refunds

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of payment.

After 2 hours, a 25% handling fee applies.

Digital documents already sent or processed are non-refundable.

Express shipping fees are never refundable, under any circumstances.

Responsibility and Liability
Travel Docs Online is not liable for:

Delays caused by customs, postal systems, or force majeure events

Errors in delivery information submitted by the customer

Indirect costs from late delivery (e.g. car rental fees, fines, or missed travel plans)
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your physical booklet has not arrived after the expected delivery period, please contact us via the contact form. We will investigate and assist with a resolution where applicable.
