Refund Policy – International Driving Permits (IDP)

Eligibility for Refunds

Cancellation Within 2 Hours
You may cancel your application within two (2) hours of placing your order to receive a full refund, provided the processing has not already been completed.

Cancellation After 2 Hours
Cancellations requested after the 2-hour window are subject to a 25% administrative fee, as processing may already have begun.

Digital Documents
Once your digital International Driving Permit has been emailed, the order is considered final and non-refundable.

Completed or Shipped Orders
Orders that have been marked as completed or shipped are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
All shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Incorrect or False Information
If your application contains inaccurate or falsified details and fails our validation process, your refund will only be considered if you provide correct and verifiable information. Otherwise, no refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Charges

  • Express Processing Fees: All express/rush service charges are non-refundable due to the expedited nature of these services.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome.
  • Signed Deliveries: Once a package has been signed for, it is considered delivered, and no refund or replacement will be issued.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If you suspect your physical document has been lost or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with the shipping carrier to initiate a claim. Any refunds or reprints will only be processed after the courier completes their investigation and confirms the loss or damage.
