If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our eVisa services, you may request a refund under the conditions below.

1. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please complete and submit our Contact Form with the following details:

  • Full name and order number

  • The email address used for the order

  • A clear explanation of your refund request

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your payment confirmation email (“the request period”).

Requests received after this period will not be eligible for a refund, except in exceptional cases assessed at the sole discretion of Travel Docs Online.

2. Review and Processing Time

Once your refund request is submitted, our team will evaluate it within 72 hours.

We will carefully review the details and circumstances of your case and notify you in writing of the outcome — either approval or denial of your request.

3. Refund Eligibility

Your eligibility for a refund depends on the processing stage of your eVisa application:

  • Full Refund:
    If your eVisa application has not yet been submitted to the relevant immigration authority at the time of your refund request.

  • Partial Refund (50%):
    If your eVisa application has already been submitted and approved by the immigration authority.
    The government processing fee is non-refundable once the application is under official review or approved.

  • Full Refund (Denial):
    If your eVisa application has been denied by immigration authorities, you may request a full refund of our service fee.
    Government or embassy fees are excluded from refund eligibility.

  • Ancillary Services:
    Costs for additional services (e.g., express processing, add-on packages, or courier shipping) are non-refundable once fulfilled.

4. Refund Timeline

If your refund is approved, it will be issued within 72 hours of confirmation.

Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for your purchase.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10–15 business days for the amount to appear in your account.

This timeframe depends on the policies of each payment entity and is beyond our control.

5. Important Notes

  • Each eVisa order requires a separate refund request.

  • Refund requests must be submitted through our official contact form; requests made via other channels may not be processed.

  • Fee Protection refunds (for trip cancellations due to illness, force majeure, or transport issues) must be requested within 120 days of payment confirmation. Supporting documentation may be required.
