The Cambodia e-Arrival Card is a fully digital entry form required for all travelers entering the country. This online system replaces the older paper forms previously used for immigration, customs, and health declarations.
As of September 2024, all visitors—regardless of nationality—must complete the e-Arrival Card. Cambodian citizens and permanent residents are exempt from this requirement.
The e-Arrival Card is currently accepted at Cambodia’s major international airports and will eventually be expanded to include seaports and land border crossings.
